Manage Roofing Crews
Ensure everyone is following safety requirments
Ensure we are keeping the property clean and that work is being completed correctly
Review Contracts and Work Orders for each job, relay that information to the crews, and set proper expectations with the homeowners.



Utilize company systems & tools efficiently such as Job Nimbus, Company Cam, Slack, Sales Rabbit, Google Workspace, etc
Document all customer interactions & communicate information effectively to homeowners & the Brookens team



Complete Brookens University Training
Assist other project managers with their training when requested by management
Participate in Leadership Development opportunities presented by management & team leads
